    I went in to pick up an order I placed over the phone and the young men there were so NICE and helpful! I asked for honest opinions and they were happy to give them to me and happy to help me out of the establishment. This is what customer service is and how it should be . Thank you so much.     So I have been going to this Pap Murphy's almost every Friday for a couple months. They are always really generous on the toppings. I went today and there was very little cheese. I went back into ask for more cheese and they stated that is was the exact ounces that were supposed to be on the thin crust. Long story short I will not be going back. They can keep their cheese. Really stupid of when there is a pizza place on every corner in Vegas.

    Sidney the manager was very rude and unprofessional. I was there with my daughter and he was very very rude made us feel uncomfortable I would not go back if I see him there.....

    I decided to stop by Papa Murphy's since it was close to my last destination, and I noticed that they're offering a Yelp offer of 15% off for checking in. I don't normally check in to businesses, and I don't normally make negative reviews, especially when I'm hungry for some pizza. But I cannot stand when a business  does not honor their own offers. First employee did not know how to honor the Yelp 15% off of order for check in. Manager states that they don't honor the Yelp offer but that maybe it works for online orders.

    Time is money, and now I'm hangry. Maybe next time, Papa Murphy...

    *The owner responded sincerely and promptly to the above stated issue.  I would give this business another shot.

    This place is down the street from my house. My kids enjoy making their own pizzas. My youngest is gluten-free. We have ordered the gluten free crust with the sauce and cheese on the side (paging full price) so he can make his own with his brother that is not gluten free. Today I went in with two excited kids and the young man behind the counter, who claimed he was the manager told me that it was against company policy and that he could not accommodate our order. He continued to argue with me over every part of the order. I ended up walking out. It was the worst experience. The more I think about his reasons/logic for making our order difficult, really does not make sense.
